So I am sitting here still knee deep in laundry and work. Peter goes off to work, I kiss him goodbye, fetch another load of washing from the drier, fold it, pack it away, come through to my desk again and the front door opens. Now you KNOW I don't live in the best side of town... I panicked!
And in walks my husband with a HUGE HUGE bag from Big Lots stuffed with Christmas Goodies!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Cute!!! He knows that I want our first Christmas together to be special and he knows that I was disappointed when I found out what things cost and for some reason when taking his moms car back to her house he detoured and went off to Big Lots and got me decorations!!! A few baubles and then LOADS of lights!! Lights are really the biggest thing... I'm quite happy with our little tree, but we needed lights and now we have them.... 360 little lamps of joy to be exact!! I also have a couple strings of my own for all year round use (I am fairy light obsessed)... and so now we have LOADS!! I can't wait until Saturday! It will look so magical here! I will take loads of pics!
