We got a new desk yesterday and it's beautiful! It began life as Peter's sister Julie's homework desk and was then handed down to Peter. It is pretty beaten up and has all kinds of teenage words of wisdom carved into it... (Mostly his name, ACDC and Dead Kennedy's)... I love it as it is... We talked about painting it, but I love this blue and I love that it has so much of "Teenage Pete" on it! (haha... I initially wrote Teenage P" but thought better of it!
I also has nifty little shelves on the side which are perfect for holding my pretty enough for display fabrics!
In weather news things are warming up here in Buffalo. It's a whopping 16 degrees outside right now... miserable and rainy, but 16 degrees nonetheless... (That's 60F for you that do it old school).
