So today I needed some distracting... I've been threatening to make a butternut soup since I found some in the store the other day... today was the day... this house smells like home!! And just looking at this makes me feel cozy and warm!

hehe! It isn't very 'soupy' we don't have a blender so I used a masher... but it's still tasty!
Awww... jealous of P!! (Well, not the long flight part... although... now I am a NON SMOKER the flight will be easier!!
True true. I hate flying tho, it's soooo boring, not to mention just a teeny bit scary!
If you want a smoother soup and have a lot of time on your hands... press the mashed up soup through a seive.
