It's cooler today and overcast and rainy. Kinda nice for a change. I am not sure what hit me but at 10am this morning my laundry was done, dinner was in the slow cooker and there wasn't a dirty dish in sight! Feels good to be on top of everything for a change. Lately I've been feeling as though I just can't get anything accomplished. I feel like there are a million things that need my attention and I just never get to everything. But not today... No, today I am on top of it all! I may even take a short nap this afternoon just to waste a little time doing nothing!

What was in the pot?? Glad you had a good day. Don't be too hard on yourself if you feel you can't get on top of things yet... moves across country are stressful, more so than we give them credit for - I know you've moved a lot, but this was a big 'life' move, all grown up and responsible and so on, if you know what I mean. Hehe.
Oh never mind, I see later in the day you mentioned it was chicken a la king. Was it goooood?? The last time I had that was at good ol' Epworth!!!
Yup, and it was awful! Word of advice, never substitute packet cream of chicken soup for canned.... it's not the same without the cream. It all ended up down the disposal much to my chagrin. I was so excited about it too!
