That's right... we LOVE our tax dude. He totally rules!
You know how we did our taxes, diligently before the cut off date. We were told to expect two small refunds from both NY state and the Feds, nothing too impressive, but it's better than having to pay in right?
Anyway, last month we received the small rebates in the exact amounts we were told and we happily went on about our day.
Today, I logged into our bank account online, only to discover that the figure seems to have swelled. I clicked through and discovered that they've sent us an additional $600!! How cool is that!! Oh, the things we could buy!! haha
Seriously, when we come back down to earth it hits us that we will need to put this money aside towards our "House Fund", but still.... I feel like I should be writing a thank you note! :)
