Soul Meets Body...

Ok, so Ive become addicted to this song and now I hope to share the addic... er I mean the love... share the love with you guys!
I NEVER in a million years thought that I would find myself liking a song by a band called "Deathcab for Cutie".... but there you go... besides, I feel better knowing that P has liked this song for ageeess too.... so I don't feel so bad!!



I should actually also point out that when we were working on the wedding Peter put some songs on a cd that he thought we could use at the wedding/reception. The moment I saw the name of this band I thought no way... there is no way I could possibly like a band with the word 'cutie" in it... Anyway, we had a very low key reception so there wasn't need for much music in the end. Now I have a ton of songs/bands that I need to go and check out to make sure that my weird pre-judgment hasn't put me off a band I could really like...

P and I were talking about bumper stickers on this one guys car... I kid you not, he had Tool, and Pink Floyd.... on the same car?? Freaky!
Anyway, I said that we would look pretty similar because we would have things like Cannibal Corpse and Dave Matthews on the back of our car... So we came up with the idea of having 'His' and 'Hers' bumper stickers. We are going to split the back window with a line down the middle and have his and hers labels behind our seats and any band that we both like we will stick on the dividing line... Deathcab, it seems, will be on the line...

Can't wait to get Frank on the road!! (We are seriously going to need tunes in that car for the long drive though!!
