*sigh* Guess we'll toss these into the box marked "Why we NEED to get out of Buffalo" along with the rest of the disconnect notices.... It was bad enough when they shut off our gas in summer for delinquency... if they do it in winter and this time take water too our landlady can forget about getting rent from us again... I could wallpaper the apartment with all of these letters we have received.
